Privacy policy
This site collects as little information as possible. Here is what, why, and what you can ask for.

Who is responsible
Nelly Tadjer, Creative Director in Montreal (Quebec), is responsible for protecting the personal information collected on this site. For any question: contact@nellytadjer.com.
What I collect, and why
- The contact form: your name, your company if you provide it, your email and your message. To answer you and prepare a first conversation.
- Signing up for the Lexique des Mercenaires: your email, the date and the text accepted at sign-up. To send you the Lexique, then the news announced below the sign-up button.
Nothing else: no analytics, no advertising, no tracking cookies.
Where this information goes
The forms store nothing on the site: each submission arrives by email in my business inbox. The site is hosted by o2switch, in France, and my email is provided by Namecheap, in the United States: your information may therefore be processed outside Quebec. I do not sell, rent or share it with anyone.
How long I keep it
- A contact request: at most two years after our last exchange.
- A Lexique sign-up: until you unsubscribe.
Services used by the site
Fonts and animations are served by the site itself. A few films play from Vimeo, in “do not track” mode, or from YouTube, in privacy-enhanced mode, when you open them. To display these films, these services receive your device’s technical (IP) address. The links to Google Calendar, to book a call, and to LinkedIn lead to sites with their own rules.
The “View without motion” setting is stored in your browser only. It is never sent to me.
Your rights
You can at any time access the information I hold about you, have it corrected, withdraw your consent, unsubscribe or ask for it to be deleted. Write to contact@nellytadjer.com: I answer within 30 days. If my answer does not satisfy you, you can contact the Commission d’accès à l’information du Québec.
